This is the newest generation XP-E2 on an MTN direct thermal path copper MCPCB.
PC Amber has few differences from the standard XP-E2 Amber:
- Narrower viewing angle (110 vs. 130 degrees)
- Higher forward voltage requirement:
- PC Amber requires ~3.05V for 350mA and ~3.28V for 1000mA
- Regular Amber requires only 2.2V for 350mA and 2.65V for 1000mA
- Slightly higher output, but higher forward voltage
CREE XP-E2 Amber (wavelength average 595nm)
- Estimated Output @ 350mA: 100 lumens
- Maximum Recommended Drive Current: 1.9A
